Taking Clayton’s hub on leadership has helped me recognize my potential in becoming an effective, confident, successful leader not only in the workplace but in my personal life. I joined the Breakthrough Hub with Clayton. It is something I felt I never had time for, but I knew I needed to be proactive to make changes I've intended to make for years. We have been so impressed with the impact of the leadership hubs with Clayton Stenson. This is the best training system for leadership I have ever seen in my 35-year career. One of my clients is new in his integrator role. After working with Clayton for just a short while, my client has more focus, clarity and confidence. They elected to do additional coaching sessions with the company visionary to iron out how they should work together. Those sessions have made our visionary more accountable to his role and how to avoid stepping on the integrator’s toes.
